What is pickleball?

We’re so glad you asked. It’s been around for about 60 years, having been invented in Seattle in 1965, but it’s gained substantial popularity in the last five years. Consider it the love child of tennis and pingpong, but unequivocally better than both in our not-so-humble opinion. Pickeball uses a ball similar to a whiffle ball and a smooth paddle.
For official information, visit USA Pickleball, the national governing body for the sport.

What is padel?

Padel is a racket sport of Mexican origin that shares a scoring system with tennis. However, the rules, strokes, and techniques are unique to padel. Some say padel is a mix of tennis and squash. We say it’s good sport for socializing and talking smack. What do you say?
